Loan Tools should work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, or magnification.

• Our standardWe aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on every page.
• What we checkEvery page is tested with automated accessibility audits, and we check keyboard navigation, visible focus, color contrast, labels on every field, and text alternatives for charts. Last reviewed October 2, 2026.
• ChartsCharts carry text descriptions, and every number shown in a chart is also available as text on the page or in the yearly tables.
• MotionIf your device is set to reduce motion, animations are turned off.
• Known limitationsDragging the payoff tile on the payment grid is a mouse and touch shortcut; the Extra payment field does the same thing from the keyboard. The chat assistant is newer and has had less testing with screen readers.
• Report a problemIf something does not work for you, email contact@loan.tools with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix confirmed issues promptly.
